Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is a fully inclusive space that welcomes all students during the school day.

Students gain the resources and knowledge they require for their studies and are encouraged to discover a love of reading that will help them in further and higher education.

What we do

In addition to ensuring that all students have access to the latest fiction and resources for their studies the Learning Hub also offers:

• Enquiry Service – The Learning Hub is staffed from 8:30 – 16:30 during the week (except Fridays when we close at 15:30)
• Access to the Library catalogue and online resources from home
• Literary events such as author visits and competitions
• An academic space in which students can study
• Facilitate Accelerated Reader for KS3
• Encourage the promotion of Junior Librarians
