Oaklands School Summer Fête – Friday 3 July 2026
Join us for our annual Summer Fête as we come together to celebrate our school community.
Event details:
-
Date: Friday 3 July 2026
-
School closes early: 2:30pm
-
Gates open: 3:20pm
-
Event ends: 5:30pm
Students are invited to attend school in traditional cultural dress to celebrate diversity and inclusion. A suggested £1 donation at the school gates will contribute to our final fundraising total.
Enjoy a range of hot food, drinks, desserts, games and activities for the whole family. All proceeds from the fête will be donated to a charity selected by the School Council and announced before the end of the summer term.
We are also pleased to welcome healthcare professionals from the Tower Hamlets Primary Care Network, who will offer free health checks (including blood pressure and BMI checks) and friendly health and lifestyle advice.
Please note: Entry to the event will be via the Sports Pitch, and most areas of the school will remain closed to parents and carers for health and safety reasons.
We look forward to welcoming you to this fantastic community event.
