Uniform Expectations

A full list of uniform and equipment items can be found below:

Uniform Expectations

Students must wear:

·         Grey blazer with school logo

·         Plain black school trousers

Or

·         Plain black skirt (appropriate length)

·         Plain white shirt

·         Tie with year group colour (clip on only)

·         Plain black shoes that can be polished

 Alternatively, students can wear:

·         School black Shalwar Kameez (with school logo and piped with year group colour from uniform supplier)

 Students can also wear:

·         Black hijab

·         Black V neck jumper

·         Outdoor coat (dark colours, no logos)

·         Watch and discreet jewellery

·         Discreet make-up

Students are NOT PERMITTED to wear the following:

 

·         Hooded tops, hats, cardigans or tracksuits

·         Jeans or any items made of denim

·         A shirt that cannot be buttoned to the top

·         Trainers, high heeled shoes or plimsolls

·         Excessive make-up

Footwear

All pupils should wear plain black leather shoes (no trainers, boots, slippers or plimsolls)

Jackets/Coats

Students can only wear plain navy or black outdoor coats and jackets with no logo which should be removed once in classroom or lesson

Ties are silver with a coloured stripe representing year group

  • Year 7: Purple Stripe
  • Year 8: Yellow Stripe
  • Year 9: Green Stripe
  • Year 10: Red Stripe
  • Year 11: Blue Stripe

Equipment List

Students must have:

  • Bag (that is big enough to carry A4 books, textbooks and PE kit),
  • Black and Blue Pens,
  • Pencils,
  • Rubber,
  • Ruler,
  • Scientific Calculator,
  • Dictionary,
  • Pencil Case,
  • Reading Book,
  • Student Planner.

Sixth Form

Sixth Form students are to dress appropriately at all times.

Smart casual wear is considered acceptable. Students are asked to refrain from wearing hoods, caps, niqab or facial covering. Religious head wear may be worn consistently by a student on campus. Lanyards with ID are to be visible at all times.
